All purchases made through MADEBYLAGRA are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed. Please review your size, item selection, and shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@madebylagra.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photo evidence of the damage. We will review each case individually and determine the appropriate resolution. No claims will be accepted after 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
Wrong Item Received
If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us at info@madebylagra.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
MADEBYLAGRA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a tracking number has been issued and the order has been handed to the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Chargebacks
By purchasing from MADEBYLAGRA, you agree to contact us directly at info@madebylagra.com before initiating any dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Fraudulent chargebacks will be challenged with full documentation.
